Amazing. I worked with John to get a vehicle. If I could specifically give him 5 stars I would. This was a fast and easy purchase, no hassles or pressuring for a bigger purchase. John was very straightforward, gave us our options and made it work. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. Any issues, call John, he’ll fix it :D. Great place, great customer service, will be referring my people to howards when there comes a time of needing a vehicle.

John was a dream to work with! He was kind and personable. Nothing like typical salesmen. He never tries to push us to make a more expensive purchase, just explained our options and went ahead with what we asked for. I will ABSOLUTELY be returning the next time I need a vehicle!

I had such a great experience with Donya in Mishawaka. She did not make me feel pressured to settle for something I didn't want and in fact got me approved for a vehicle that was way better than what I was hoping for! Very happy and highly recommend Donya :)

I found a vehicle to test drive and it was exactly what I was looking for. I had a set limit of what I could afford and Donnya Howard made that happen. The whole purchasing process took only 10 minutes and I was on my way. There is so many nice affordable vehicles to choose from. I am very pleased with my experience there. Great ! Thanks guys!!!😀👍

John has been nothing but pleasant! First time buying a car and he has been so helpful and patient with me. I absolutely love the car and this place. I would suggest this car lot to anyone. Thank you guys for everything!
